Here we have a beautiful vintage B S (Britton Sons of Birmingham) solid 15k (.625) yellow gold watch fob/chain. This is an exceptionally made piece, each and every individual link has been meticulously stamped with “.625” and “15”. The chains themselves feature graduated links with the center links measuring at 7mm wide and the smaller ends of the chains measure 4.5mm wide. The bar is also stamped with “.625” and “B S”. The time period for this piece is from around 1912-1931. After 1932 the standard went to 14k instead of 15k. So this is a pre-1932 piece from B S. The total weight of this piece is 52.5 grams. 0125605-12078
